Google pop up, freezing my yahoo home page?

My Yahoo home page has a Google tool bar pop up, asking to set Google as my home page, and freezing my existing Yahoo home page.

I have lost my Yahoo tool bar, how do I get it back?

At present I have no tools at the top of my screen. Previously, I had local temperature plus my bookmarks, a way to go directly to Yahoo as well as directly to my e-mail. Now all of it had disappeared. I have tried rebooting my computer, but that doesn’t help.

Yahoo says I have 10 messages and the system tries to load them but they never arrive.what to do?

The little load icon spins and spins and the progress bar in the lower right corner appears “full” but the messages still do not load into my inbox. Why and what do I do to retrieve these messages?

I can’t delete now or compose or anything….Yahoo’s new tool bar screwed up my system terribly and it is used for business only.

I’m nineteen currently and I would love to start my own restaurant business next year. This year I am currently researching and gathering facts about starting my restaurant business. Yahoo! Answers is part of my research =)

I really have no clue so if you could just post links to useful websites or share some experience.
To some people here, please, try to contain your tact and avoid comments like “you’re too young” or “there’s no way you have that money”…because one: I would love to start early….and two: I really have the money
Details:
Type of Business: Restaurant….casual/fine dining.
Budget: $150,000……30,000 allowance. (180,000)
Location/Area: A small city of 750,000
Can you suggest some institutions that can help me with necessary information……….because clearly I have no one helpful, handy.

It is part of Yahoo search protecton It says Yahoo has diabled aprogram that attempted to change your default search engine. How can I keep this from popping up continually.

Top of my address bar (Blue line) shows wired name in every page?

No matter which page I go to, top blue raw in the screen (Top to the address bar) shows the page name I visited + John Sina. Example if I go to yahoo it shows Yahoo! - John Sina, What is this? How can I get rid of this John Sina?
Also want to mention that I instaled couple of softwears lately. I gues this problem comes with one of those but I dont want to reinstall windows for earlier date because then I am loosing access to those softwears.

What’s wrong? and how to solve the problem?

The thing is that it stops there and does not allow me to pick a category for my question, which results in yahoo rejects my question.
