No CommentsAnyways, for some time its shown up as weird ‘asian’ looking symbols. It’s not a virus/trojan/spyware, because I just did a HUGE sweep due to the infection of the Windows Anti-Virus 2008 trojan or w/e. But yeah its nothing like that or it would have picked it up, so I’m guessing its a setting that I changed?? Any ideads on how I can change it back?? Thankks.

Microsoft Task Bar trouble?

I am not computer savy at all!!! This AM my microsoft task bar went from its norm horizontal bottom of the page local to the left side at a vertical angle. I just want it back to “normal” and I have tried all I know how to do with no avail. Anyone got advice I surely appreciate it!!! Thanks!!!

Why Does My Task Bar Not Auto Hide?

Alright this only happens sometimes but its really annoying. So i always have my task bar on auto hide but occasionally it doesn’t hide. So it hides once, but as soon as i reveal it it doesn’t hide again. I think it might be cos there are some icons on the far right of the TB that need attention but i’ve tried fixing them and still it doesn’t hide? Any ideas?

Why is my computer making a clicking sound like im going to webpages?

I have scanned my computer with both AVG anti-virus and AVG anti-spyware and have gotten 0 results. Ive read through some of the other posts on here and found out to download spybot, which did pick up some stuff that my avg anti spyware did not pick up, sometimes when i hear the clicking sounds i will see internet explorer pop up in my task bar, trying to take me to some adult friend finder website, so i figured it was some kind of spyware, i also read where some people said to just turn off the “clicking sound” but that doesnt really fix anything. any help would be greatly appreciated i will become anyones fan who can help me with this.

how do i get my task bar back to the normal thin banner at bottom, its now twice the size?

my taskbar at the bottom of the screen is usually a thin banner going across the bottom of the computer,, for some reason its now twice the size in height. its like an inch thick.. how do i get back to the origonal size it was before, plse help
