How do I get the weights to ***** onto the thread of the bar?

I just can’t seem to be able to get the disc onto the thread of the bar all the way.Tried everything from WD40 to ballbearing grease,nothing works.All the other discs fit,exept that one,it only goes on about halfway.I cleaned it,even used sandpaper,it still does not wanna fit all the way.Any suggestions?

I just have prepared my very first rough CV soo excited,but im a little comfused and need some answers to the questions i have
a) I want to get a job in a shop/supermarket in local village so where do I bring my cv and to whom em I to give it to
b)Should it be in an envelope or is it ok just to hang it over
c) No job experience will they take me on a job if im over the age of 16
d)restaurants and cafes where do I bring a cv??
e)any ideas what would be ideal easy to get job?

PS.Im still in school and plan to finish it and go further in education its just I need too start saving up for the future plus little money in pockets aint that bad to have

What is the music played in the bathroom bubble-blowing scene of the Spongebob Squarepants movie?

In the SpongeBob SuqarePants movie, there is a scene where SpongeBob and Patrick are in the bathroom of the “Thug Tug” (the bar with all the tough guys). SpongeBob plays with the soap so that they become bubbles, and they both start to dance around, playing with the bubbles. I’ve checked, and the song is not on the official soundtrack. Does anyone know what song is played in the background in this scene? It sounds like a silly, whimsical song, and isn’t very long at all. Thank you! <3

I want an overall background, that will go behind everything and then bars, that my content will go in, that will go down (repeat-y) only with the other background behind them, is this possible so i works in all servers? please help!

How do I code a drop down menu with images for the buttons?

OK. I have been looking everywhere on how to do this but I can’t find anything! I want to make a drop down menu with images like this: http://i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp249/AniMetallic/menu.jpg I made my button in photoshop already, but I don’t know how to put that in CSS. Can someone, please, tell me how to do this; or find me a code?
