It depends upon your age. In your early teen years even brushing against a pillow can cause that. Now that you know this happens you should avoid this kind of closeness with your sister out of respect for her. While the physiological response happens it is still not appropriate in our society.

If she’s your age (or close to it.) and good looking then that’s actually really common. (Don’t let these other narrow minded assholes get you down, they’re just hiding that they have gotten them too.
Trust me, hell I’ve seen fathers get ********* dancing with their daughters.
It’s a natural body reaction, not a conscious desicion. If something bumps you there, or you’re really close to some womanly gifts (boobs.) then you’re mind will wander to that subject (not neccesarily imagining your sister BJ’ing you but to other things like recent movies you’ve seen and wahtnot and BAM!
It could happen with anything, the fact she’s your sister means nothing.
