How do you fisk the task/tool bars on the internet screen?

I was tying and i accidentally pressed something that made the task bar at the top of the screen, the one with file and view and all those buttons, disappear. Every time i move the mouse away from the top of the page it leaves and just makes the screen one big internet page. It also made the start menu task bar, the blue one at the bottom, disappear. Does anyone know what button to press to get everything back to normal. I know i’ve done it before but i can’t remember how!
